Key Responsibilities
Source and procure raw materials, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure reliability and cost effectiveness.
Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company procurement policies.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms with vendors.
Track and ensure timely delivery of purchased goods and resolve supply issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier documentation, and reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement or ERP systems.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
