Job Description
Work under supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member
Assist in preparing engineering related calculations and developingdrawings and visual aids
Assisting with fieldwork for data collection, site inspections, and observations
Preparing spreadsheets, graphs, and figures for design reports
Participate in project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Project Team
Ensure that traffic control measures are implemented and maintained during construction
Monitor and record the work and progress of contractors while tracking material quality and usage
Assist with civil drafting in AutoCAD
Work with field inspection teams for oversight of construction projects; Industry Construction
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Currently undergoing the NYSC program
Yet to secure a primary assignment
Demonstrate excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Familiarity with designsoftware e.g. AutoCAD is a plus
Interest in the Real estate development industry and willingness to learn
Must reside in Lekki / Ajahand its Environs
Must be willing to resume Immediately
