Job Summary
Responsible for the design, installation, and supervision of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance with specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and review M&E systems including HVAC, plumbing, power, and lighting.
Supervise installation and testing of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with technical drawings, codes, and safety standards.
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of systems.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Identify and resolve system faults or inefficiencies.
Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and maintenance recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering wih 3–7 years of relevant experience in M&E systems.
Proficiency in design and engineering software.
Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
Professional certification is compulsory.
M.Sc is an added advantage.
