Job Description

 

Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

 

Plan, coordinate, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Supervise project teams, contractors, and consultants.

Monitor project progress and resolve risks or delays.

Ensure compliance with project scope, drawings, and specifications.

Manage stakeholder communication and reporting.

Control project costs and optimize resource utilization.

Enforce health, safety, and quality standards on-site.

Prepare progress reports and final project documentation.

Requirements

 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

5+ years of construction project management experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

PMP OR COREN is compulsory.
