A leading and reputable security services company – seeks to recruit a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of General Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and manage comprehensive security operations across multiple client sites
Develop and implement strategic security policies and procedures
Lead, train, and supervise security personnel teams
Conduct risk assessments and security audits
Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and regulatory bodies
Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Criminal Justice, Military Science, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in private security operations
Proven track record in security management and team leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
Ex-servicemen from Nigerian Armed Forces or Paramilitary organizations
Professional security certifications (PSI, CPP, or equivalent)
Experience in industrial or corporate security environments
