Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on assigned and self-sourced leads.
Conduct site inspections, virtual tours, and sales presentations.
Build trust and guide prospects through the buying journey.
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
Meet weekly activity targets (calls, meetings, inspections).
Upsell and cross-sell company’s Residence projects.
Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of sales experience (real estate is an advantage but not mandatory).
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Goal-driven, resilient, and coachable.
Comfortable working with commission-based earnings.
Compensation

Industry Standard.
High commission per sale.
