Role Purpose

 

Support and manage all utility-related maintenance activities to ensure reliable plant operations, minimal downtime, and compliance with KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

 

Operate and maintain all utility equipment, ensuring uninterrupted supply of power, air, steam, and water.

Execute preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance for utility systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve utility-related breakdowns promptly.

Maintain maintenance and breakdown records; recommend improvements to reduce downtime.

Oversee contractors and ensure work quality and safety compliance.

Identify spare parts requirements and support inventory and budget control.

Train and develop utility technicians and recommend performance improvements.

Suggest equipment modifications to improve efficiency and plant performance.

Requirements & Skills

 

BSc / HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 4 years’ experience in utilities maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, power distribution, WTP, WWTP, and firefighting systems.

Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.

Strong problem-solving, documentation, and team leadership skills.
