Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of paint, ink, and printing raw materials.
The role involves leading a team, optimizing inventory, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and driving operational efficiency across the warehouse and distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
Lead and mentor a team of 8–10 warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
Implement and monitor inventory control systems, ensuring accuracy and availability of stock.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations for chemical and industrial materials.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal stakeholders to optimize logistics and distribution.
Monitor warehouse performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Support business growth initiatives through efficient warehouse strategy and process improvements
