Chief Security Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO), preferably with a military background, to oversee and manage the security operations of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of security experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement security policies to safeguard company assets, personnel, and operations.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage security strategies, policies, and procedures.
Oversee and coordinate all security operations, ensuring the safety of employees, clients, and company assets.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive security measures.
Supervise and train security personnel, ensuring high levels of professionalism and efficiency.
Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
Investigate security breaches, incidents, and threats, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
