Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
ACA certification is mandatory.
2–3 years relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of MIS preparation, monthly closing, and costing procedures.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
