Operations Manager (Security Services)

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly organised and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and coordinate daily security operations across multiple sites.

The role requires a strong leader with the ability to manage personnel, enforce compliance standards, ensure service quality, and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily security operations across all assigned sites to ensure efficiency and service quality.

Ensure proper deployment, supervision, and discipline of all security personnel in line with company policies and client requirements.

Implement, monitor, and enforce operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance standards.

Conduct routine and unscheduled site inspections to ensure operational effectiveness and adherence to security protocols.

Manage incident response processes, including investigation, documentation, and reporting of security incidents.

Coordinate staff fostering, training schedules, and performance management for supervisors and security guards.

Liaise regularly with clients to maintain strong relationships, ensure service satisfaction, and resolve operational concerns promptly.

Prepare and submit regular operational performance reports to management, highlighting key issues, risks, and improvements.
