Active involvement in recruitment and assessment of candidates and participants of training
Organizing workshops and training being responsible for the communication and logistics
Teaching and moderation of classes
Assisting other trainers and teachers
Supporting the assessment of participants and especially the collection of data for systematic reporting
Set of Tasks:
Ensuring close teamwork within the HR/ Training team
Schedule, run and monitor training sessions
Assess the competence and progress of each participant and formulate the findings
Communicating post-training follow-ups on a regular basis
Educational Qualification and Experience:
Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification
1- 4 years working experience in a related field
Experience in the field of adult training
Required Skills:
Good organizational and communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Articulate and convincing both written and orally
Organized, disciplined & with a talent for observation
Team Spirit
Computer Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
