Key Responsibilities

Monitor network performance and identify potential issues or bottlenecks, proactively taking measures to ensure network reliability and performance.
Conduct regular network assessments and capacity planning to accommodate growing business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop network solutions that meet business requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve network-related incidents and problems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to services.
Perform network maintenance tasks, such as firmware upgrades, patch management, and device configurations.
Implement and enforce network security measures, including firewalls, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, procedures, and configurations.
