Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Growth:

 

Identify and pursue new business opportunities (individual buyers, corporate clients, investors).

Develop strategies to increase land/property sales.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Follow up on leads generated from marketing (including Instagram, ads, referrals).

Market Research & Expansion:

 

Conduct market analysis to identify high-demand areas.

Monitor competitors’ pricing and offers.

Partnership & Relationship Management

Build relationships with:

 

Real estate agents

Corporate organizations

Investment groups

Landowners

Negotiate joint ventures and bulk purchase deals.

Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.

Strategic Planning:

 

Develop and implement business growth strategies.

Marketing Collaboration:

Work with marketing team to:

 

Design promotions.

Client Engagement & Presentations

 

Attend high-level client meetings.

Conduct investment presentations.

Close large-ticket property deals.
