CCA and Visual Arts

Position Summary:

The CCA Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in Cultural and Creative Arts that foster students’ creativity, cultural awareness, and appreciation of the arts. The teacher will integrate music, drama, and visual arts to provide a holistic learning experience that nurtures talents and self-expression.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives.
Teach components of CCA, including Music, Drama, Fine Arts, and Crafts, using innovative and hands-on methods.
Foster students’ creativity and critical thinking through practical and interactive projects.
Organize exhibitions, performances, and cultural events to showcase students’ work.
Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports every learner.
Collaborate with other teachers to integrate CCA into interdisciplinary projects.
Promote appreciation of local and global arts, culture, and heritage.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and school-wide activities.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Creative Arts, Music, Drama, or related field.
Teaching qualification and experience in delivering CCA at the required level.
Strong creative, artistic, and communication skills.
Ability to use low-cost materials and technology to enhance teaching.
Passion for arts and culture, with a commitment to developing students’ talents.
