Job Description
As the Night Duty Manager, you are the primary ambassador of excellence during the overnight hours.
You will oversee all hotel operations, ensuring the safety of our guests, the integrity of our financial reporting and the seamless delivery of five-star service.
In the absence of senior leadership, you hold full responsibility for the property.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations:
Manager on Duty: Act as the senior authority on-site, managing all departments (Front Office, Security, F&B, Housekeeping) to ensure brand standards are maintained.
Guest Experience: Handle late-night check-ins/outs with a focus on personalization, resolving any guest grievances with “above and beyond” solutions.
Team Supervision: Lead and motivate the overnight team, ensuring productivity and conducting briefings for the morning shift.
