Description

Provide administrative support to the management.
Manage correspondence (including letters٫ emails and packages)٫ arrange travels and accommodations
Manage important and confidential company documents
Oversee the inventory of office and stationery supplies and ensure to request order when necessary.
Attend to clients, visitors, and colleagues.
Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of an HND / B.Sc in any discipline or related course.
Must be computer literate and have excellent microsoft office skills.
Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years working experience.
Competencies:

Ability to work independently and deliver.
Ability to convey information in simple terms.
A highly organised and self motivated individual
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask.
