Responsibilities

Uses the cash desk, Till and back-office systems of the shop in strict compliance with Buymore’s procedures, which include:

Processing all sales transactions

Capturing customer details for any loyalty schemes

Processing all sales return transactions (approved by the Supervisor or the General Supervisor)

Checking the availability of stock of products for customer requests.

Customer Service:

Ensuring that all customers are welcomed and that they receive the best possible service at all times.

Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.

Respond to customers’ questions and direct to the Supervisor on duty if you are unable to provide a satisfactory response.

Execution of policies and Procedures:

Executes all operating standards, policies, and procedures of the organization

Other Responsibilities:

Ensure your work area is always tidy and presentable

Champions the Buymore Brand and Values

Champions the Standard Operating Procedure of Buymore

Reconciliation of the previous day’s transactions with the account

Cashing out at the appropriate time according to Buymore’s policy.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or an OND qualification.
