Key Responsibilities
In-Depth Understanding: Instruct students on the fundamentals of network technology, covering topics such as TCP/IP, the OSI model, and the types of networks.
Configuration Mastery: Teach students the intricacies of configuring switches and routers, ensuring they are proficient in handling these critical network components.
IP Addressing and Subnetting: Educate students on IP address classes, subnetting, and supernetting, enabling them to design and manage IP networks effectively.
Virtualization and Cloud Computing: Provide insights into the world of virtualization and cloud computing, helping students comprehend the evolving landscape of modern network infrastructure.
Routing Techniques: Instruct students in the configuration of static and dynamic routing, preparing them for real-world networking scenarios.
Certification Training: Create a conducive learning environment, focusing on preparing students for CISCO Networking Academy Certification Exams. Offer guidance and resources to ensure their success in the certification process.
Qualifications
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or higher.
Proven teaching or instructional experience in the field of networking.
In-depth knowledge of network technologies, TCP/IP, the OSI model, and routing protocols.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students to excel in their networking careers.
