Housekeeper Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor with HSE experience to oversee cleaning operations while ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff

Ensure all areas are clean, organized, and maintained to high standards

Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies

Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards

Train housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices

Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and inventory

Report hazards, incidents, and safety concerns promptly

Ensure proper waste management and environmental practices

Requirements

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role

HSE certification or relevant safety training is required

Good knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards

Strong leadership and team management skills

Attention to detail and organizational ability

Ability to work under pressure
