Job Summary

 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchaser with offshore experience to manage procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials, supplies, and services.

The ideal candidate will maintain cost efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with offshore operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

 

Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for offshore operations

Evaluate vendors and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts

Ensure timely delivery of goods to meet operational needs

Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment

Ensure compliance with company policies and offshore regulations

Liaise with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments

Track orders and resolve any supply chain issues

Requirements

 

Candidates should possess an HND/BSc in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field with 2-4 years experience

Proven experience as a Purchaser or Procurement Officer in an offshore environment (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management

Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills

Good understanding of offshore logistics and operations

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems
