Job Summary
To supervise and coordinate the work of farm attendants and ensure farm activities are carried out efficiently in compliance with established standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of poultry production, including feeding, drinkers and health management
Conduct regular inspections of poultry housing facilities to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
Ensure proper housing conditions and manage the environment to optimize growth and productivity.
Track and analyze production metrics such as feed conversion ratios and egg production performance.
Implement and enforce biosecurity measures to prevent the spread of diseases.
Monitor and analyze poultry health, including early detection and reporting to the Veterinarian.
Technical Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related field.
Proven experience in farm management and coordination.
Must have 3-5 years of proven work experience, preferably in a similar role.
Knowledge of modern poultry practice
Basic computer skills and in data entry
