Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client acquisition channels.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Drive sales of I.T solutions such as software, hardware, networking, and managed services.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Collaborate with technical and product teams to design customized solutions for clients.
Develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
Track sales performance, pipeline activities, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle and post-sales support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within an I.T or technology-driven company.
Strong understanding of I.T products, solutions, and services (software, hardware, networking, etc.).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Experience in B2B sales and corporate client management.
Ability to lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
