Required Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Must have 5–8 years experience in real estate brokerage, preferably commercial real estate.

Proven experience handling office sales, commercial leasing, or commercial investment transactions.

Strong knowledge of Lagos commercial districts (VI, Ikoyi, Oniru, Lekki).

Demonstrated track record of closing commercial deals.

Preferred Experience:

 

Experience working with corporate tenants, developers, or institutional investors.

Knowledge of commercial property valuation and investment analysis.

Experience handling asset-level transactions or building disposals.

Added Advantage:

 

Existingnet work of commercial property owners, investors, and corporate tenants.

Professional certifications inreal estate or property brokerage.

Strengths or personality evaluation (e.g., CliftonStrengths, DISC, or similar).

Experience inenterprise-level real estate advisory.
