In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of land assets across our portfolio, connecting clients with high-value investment opportunities, and maximizing revenue generation.
Job Description
Sales & Leasing Executive (Land):
Profifcient in selling landed property
Promote, market, and sell/leasingcommercial properties.
Identify and qualify potential leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
Conduct property viewings, inspections, and negotiations with prospective clients.
Prepare and present property proposals,offers, and sales contracts.
Ensure proper documentation of agreements and compliance with company policies.
