IT Officer

Responsibilities

Provide timely technical assistance regarding hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve internet connectivity problems.
Setup and configure computers for office use, ensuring all necessary software and systems are operational.
Provide technical oversight to ensure smooth conduct and troubleshoot any technical glitches that may arise.
Regularly inspect and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and maintenance as needed.
Maintain records of technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
Generate reports on system performance, usage, and potential areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2 – 4 years relevant work experience.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team.
Proven experience in IT support, preferably in an automobile environment.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Strong understanding of internet connectivity and network infrastructure.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
