Key Requirements

 

Experience: 2-3 years in restaurant operations; 1 year in supervisory capacity.

Education: OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.

Certifications: Food Safety Certification; Basic HSE Training.

Key Skills: Customer service excellence, staff supervision, conflict resolution, shift management.

Leadership & Competencies: trong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, team motivation.

Other Requirements:

 

Valid means of identification.

Medical fitness certificate.

Strong knowledge of HSE practices.

Ability to work shifts, weekends & holidays.

Good teamwork and communication skills.
