Work Requirements

This role is remote, with occasional in-person meetings when required

Candidates should ideally be based in Abuja

The role may involve commute for partnership meetings, outreach and engagement activities

Candidates must:

Own a reliable laptop

Be able to actively participate in virtual meetings using a laptop (not phone)

Be comfortable sharing screen, presenting slides and pitching in online meetings

Be able to collaborate effectively with the team in group video meetings

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

Build a strong pipeline of potential facilitators and FlexPower partners

Secure early partnership discussions with organisations

Contribute to growth of the Eablenex waitlist and early adopter network

Help develop repeatable outreach and deployment processes

Support rollout planning of initial pilot deployments

Compensation and Contract

Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month depending on experience

Contract: 1 year contract with possibility of extension based on performance

Performance incentives may be introduced as the facilitator network and FlexPower partnerships scale
