Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging training programs for Sales, Operations, and Business Development teams
Conduct continuous learning sessions for new and existing staff
Develop training materials and manuals.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
Full ownership of training outcomes and be accountable for measurable results.
Track post-training performance and ensure knowledge translates into improved productivity and revenue.
Identify skill gaps and implement targeted interventions to close them
And any other task assigned by management.
Job Requirements
2 – 3 years’ relevant work experience
B.Sc. Degree or related field
Strong understanding of adult learning principles
Result-driven mindset with demonstrated impact on team performance
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, for creating engaging and professional training content
Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
