Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–1 year experience (internship, industrial training, or academic projects in finance is an advantage).
Basic understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts, and budgeting.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced organization.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables are an advantage).
Basic knowledge of financial reporting and bookkeeping principles.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn and take feedback positively.
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
