Responsibilities
To drive sales growth across Eterna and Castrol automotive lubricants, trade channels, chemical products, and energy lubrication solutions by expanding distribution coverage, strengthening customer relationships, and increasing market penetration across targeted sectors.
Executing sales strategies across assigned segments and territories
Expanding and optimizing route-to-market coverage
Managing distributor performance and channel development
Developing and growing key accounts within industrial and energy markets
Delivering volume, revenue, and margin targets
Ensuring disciplined field execution and market visibility
The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to translate strategic RTM plans into measurable results, strengthen competitive positioning, and deliver consistent sales performance across assigned portfolios.
