Responsibilities
To optimize plant operations by improving operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, enhancing production output, strengthening cost control, and maintaining high operational standards.
The role will drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational excellence across the manufacturing value chain.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience within the lubricants, chemicals, energy, or related industrial sectors.
Proven track record of delivering commercial growth, operational efficiency, and measurable performance outcomes.
Strong leadership capability, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management expertise.
Demonstrated hands-on experience within the functional area applied for.
