Key Responsibilities:
1. Costing and ordering supplies.
2. Ensuring all payments are made on time.
3. Staying on top of general administrative
duties
4. Getting quotes for machinery and other purchases
5. Dealing with suppliers and customers
6. Preparing accounts and budgets and monitoring cash flows
7. Keeping accurate records and storing these effectively.
Requirements / Skills:
1. SSCE, NCE, HND OR BSC.
2. Minimum of 1 year working experience
3. Good communication skills
4. Secretarial skills
