We are seeking a skilled Cobbler responsible for assessing, repairing, and restoring footwear and leather items.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Assess shoes, boots, bags, and leather items for repair needs

Perform repairs including sole replacement, heel fixing, stitching, and refurbishment

Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer specifications

Communicate clearly with customers on costs, timelines, and updates

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Monitor and manage repair material inventory

Keep accurate records of expenses and materials

Forward completed items for Quality Control before delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience in shoe/leather repair

Strong technical repair skills

Good communication and customer service ability

High attention to detail

Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Basic inventory and record-keeping knowledge.
