Electronics Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth across electronics, IT/PC, mobile phones, and related technology categories.

Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve category revenue.

Maintain strong product knowledge and ensure team members are equipped to provide consultative sales support.

Manage stock levels, inventory movement, and replenishment to avoid stockouts.

Lead and supervise department staff to ensure high productivity and excellent customer service.

Implement shrinkage control measures for high-value electronics products.

Maintain attractive product displays and ensure accurate price labeling.

Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for product availability, promotions, and product training.

Conduct stock checks, reconciliations, and inventory audits.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
