Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or ACA) is an added advantage.
2 – 4 years experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
