Generator Operator

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monior generators to ensure uninterrupted power supply.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on generators.

Check fuel, oil, coolant levels, and battery condition regularly.

Troubleshoot and report generator faults or abnormalities.

Maintain generator logbooks and operational records.

Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Coordinate with maintenance teams for major repairs.

Requirements

Minimum of SSCE/OND or Technical Training in Mechanical/Electrical field.

Minimum of 2 years experience operating generators.

Knowledge of generator systems and basic mechanical maintenance.

Ability to monitor equipment performance and detect faults.

Good attention to safety and operational procedures
