We need a competent and proactive Supervisor to join our team at Akala and Alakia.

Key Responsibilities

Handle stock taking and inventory management effectively

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

Customer service-oriented

Compliance and safety management

Supervise and lead a team efficiently

Ensure staff comply with food safety & hygiene

Monitor daily sales performance.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications: HND / BSc in any discipline

1 – 2 years of experience as a supervisor, especially in a food retail company

Strong leadership

Good communication skills

Proficient in Excel

Organizational skill
