The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling internet services to prospective customers through online channels, phone calls, and digital platforms.

The role focuses on lead conversion, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets while working entirely from a remote location.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Acquisition:

 

Contact and engage potential customers through phone calls, social media platforms, emails, and messaging channels.

Present and explain internet service packages to prospective clients.

Convert leads into paying customers and meet assigned monthly sales targets.

 

Lead Management:

 

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.

Maintain regular communication with prospects to nurture interest and close sales.

Customer Relationship Management:

 

Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, installation processes, and service coverage.

Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage referrals and repeat patronage.

Sales Reporting:

 

Keep accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.

Submit daily or weekly sales reports to the Sales Supervisor or Manager.

Online Brand Representation:

 

Represent the organization professionally across all digital communication platforms.

Participate in online promotional campaigns and virtual sales initiatives.

Lead response time

Conversion rate from inquiries to sales

Customer satisfaction and retention

Accuracy and timeliness of sales reports.
