Job Summary

 

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and highly organized Office/Personal Assistant to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

 

Provide administrative and personal support to management

Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings

Handle correspondence, emails, and office documentation

Assist with travel arrangements and logistics

Maintain records and ensure proper filing systems

Perform basic accounting and reporting tasks using Excel

Requirements

 

Minimum of HND/B.Sc in any relevant field

Must be smart, active, and detail-oriented

Good knowledge of Abuja (routes, locations, and general navigation)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Must be familiar with Abuja.
