Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and artisans.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Monitor progress, materials usage, and report on site performance.
Maintain discipline, orderliness, and productivity on site.
Liaise with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of BSc or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying or related field.
Proven track record with minimum of 7 years’ practical experience in building and civil engineering works.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Knowledge of construction equipment, materials, and safety standards.
Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
