Head, HR and Admin

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that support the company’s objectives.
Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent management processes.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce needs.
Drive employee engagement, welfare, performance management, and retention initiatives.
Develop, review, and implement KPIs and performance appraisal systems across the organization.
Coordinate learning and development programmes to enhance employee capability and organizational performance.
Provide strategic HR advisory support to management and department heads.
Oversee leave administration, employee documentation, confirmations, and other HR operations.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and internal governance standards.
Develop and implement HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations initiatives.
Prepare periodic HR reports and provide workforce analytics to support management decision-making.
Oversee administrative operations, vendor relationships, contracts, insurance, and facility-related matters.
Foster cross-departmental collaboration while promoting a positive, high-performance work culture.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Professional HR certification (CIPM)will be an added advantage.
7 – 10 years’ progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and HR operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
