Human Resource Generalist

Job Description

GWX Logistics Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support the day-to-day management of our human resources operations.

You will play a key role in driving recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes to ensure a productive and compliant workplace.

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for junior to mid-level roles, coordinate onboarding, and ensure a smooth integration of new hires.

You will maintain accurate employee records, support performance management processes, and assist with payroll preparation in collaboration with the Finance team.

You will also serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, support disciplinary and grievance processes, and contribute to engagement initiatives.

Additionally, you will manage exit processes and ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.

This role is ideal for a well-organized professional with strong interpersonal skills and experience in handling multiple HR functions within a fast-paced environment.
