Responsibilities:
Welcome and attend to customers politely
Take food and drink orders accurately
Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner
Handle customer requests and complaints professionally
Work closely with kitchen and management staff
Requirements:
Minimum of ND/NCE
Previous experience as a waiter/server is an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Honest, punctual, and hardworking
