Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to customers politely.
Present menu options and take accurate orders.
Serve food and beverages promptly.
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and properly arranged.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND.
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
