Job Summary
The successful candidate will support store supervision, staff coordination, and day-to-day retail operations while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Retail Supervisor in managing daily store operations
Assist in supervising sales staff and monitoring performance
Ensure excellent customer service standards at all times
Monitor stock levels and support inventory control
Handle and escalate customer complaints professionally
Track daily sales and assist with basic sales reporting
Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and store organization
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc.
At least 2 years’ experience in retail or a supervisory assistant role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Customer-focused and detail-oriented
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
