Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree or its equivalent in any discipline.
Interpersonal skills acquired to fit in the role applied for.
Professional Certification and banking experience will be an added advantage.
Must not be above 40 years of age.
Must be skilled in hardware maintenance.
Must be able to manage core banking systems, ensuring data security and backups, and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
