Someone who can balance people management with the practical HR work that keeps a company running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding
Maintain proper HR documentation, personnel files and records
Support performance management processes and periodic appraisals
Manage leave schedules, attendance and disciplinary procedures
Coordinate trainings, staff engagement and welfare activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Prepare HR reports and provide support to management when required
Promote a healthy, organized workplace culture across departments.
Key Requirements
BSc/HND in Human Resources, Business Admin, Industrial Relations or related fields
Minimum of 5 years hands-on HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in the real estate sector
Must have real estate experience
Solid understanding of HR best practices, Nigerian labor laws and compliance
Experience handling recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks without losing structure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR tools
Professional certificationis an advantage.
