Bookkeeper

Responsibilties

Record Financial Transactions: Maintain and update financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

Manage Accounts: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.

Reconcile Accounts: Regularly reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies to ensure accuracy.

Prepare Financial Reports: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.

Ensure Compliance: Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements related to financial reporting and tax obligations.

Assist with Payroll: Process payroll and ensure accurate tax withholdings and reporting.

Utilize Accounting Software: Proficiently use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks) to manage financial data and generate reports.

Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 4 – 5 years experience.
