Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients and conduct wellness consultations before treatment.
Recommend appropriate wellness and spa services based on clients’ needs.
Perform approved spa and wellness treatments in accordance with company standards.
Educate clients on healthy lifestyle practices, stress management, hydration, nutrition, and self-care.
Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and wellness facilities to the highest hygiene and safety standards.
Ensure all spa equipment and products are properly used, cleaned, and stored.
Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently.
Maintain accurate treatment records and client feedback.
Promote wellness packages, memberships, and preventive healthcare services.
Assist in organizing corporate wellness programs, health campaigns, and community outreach events.
Handle client concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Comply with all health, safety, and organizational policies.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: OND, HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or professional certification in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, Public Health, Nursing, Health Education, Exercise Science, or any related discipline.
